Financial Associate
Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses. The Financial Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience for Retirement Plan Services (RPS) clients nationwide while supporting internal teams. In this fast-paced, client-focused position, you will manage communications, prepare impactful materials, and participate in select client meetings. You will also collaborate closely with Commercial Lenders, Private Bankers, and the Wealth Team to ensure seamless coordination and innovative solutions. Job Responsibilities :
- Support the teams with administrative duties and high-level client service.
- Perform client service tasks specific such as paperwork execution and marketing coordination.
- Execute custodial forms for fund changes and ensure completion.
- Facilitate marketing efforts to help generate new client opportunities.
- Act as liaison between teams and other departments to foster communication and teamwork.
- Serve as a point of contact for prospects and clients, providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Deliver client-facing services, including RFPs, plan reviews and presentations in partnership with internal teams.
- Coordinate client meetings and tailor presentation materials to meet the specific needs of clients and Financial Advisors.
- Oversee the main phone line and RPS main line (email box) on a recurring basis and provide mail support as needed.
- Prepare and distribute client correspondence including disclosures, Investment Policy Statements, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in Salesforce (CRM), custodial systems, and portfolio management platforms.
- Become proficient in custodial platforms.
- Administer processes in support of client needs and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Assist in division-wide initiatives such as special projects.
