We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their independence and well-being. We are looking for the following weekend shifts 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am, 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, 12am-8am, 7pm-7am and 7am-7pm.

• Candidates must have a valid drivers license
• and prefered
• DC TME License to pass medications in DC.
• Responsibilities : \
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
• Help individuals participate in social and recreational activities
• Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
• Perform heavy lifting when necessary
• Qualifications : \
• Previous experience in direct support, nursing home, or related field required
• Ability to lift and move individuals safely
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals
• Knowledge of social work principles and practices
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Valid DC TME Certificate
• Valid Drivers License and willing and able to drive company van if needed

Pay : $20.58 per hour

Expected hours : 24 - 40 per week
