Job Description

We are seeking experienced Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) for remote roles licensed in at least one of the states: Washington, Oregon, or Idaho. This position involves managing construction survey projects, preparing ALTA/NSPS surveys, legal descriptions, boundary adjustments, and more. Proficiency in surveying software is required, and experience with CAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction survey projects.
• Prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys and legal descriptions.
• Conduct boundary adjustments and prepare legal exhibits.
• Utilize surveying software and CAD for project completion.

Essential Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in professional land surveying.
• Experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in ALTA surveys, boundary adjustments, and legal exhibits.
• Licensed in one of the three Washington, Oregon, or Idaho.
• Expertise in civil 3D and surveying software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test.

Work Environment

This position offers flexibility as it can be fully remote, in-person, or hybrid, depending on the candidate's preference. Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Federal Way, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
