Job Description

Lead daily onsite operations for multifamily construction projects

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders

Ensure safety compliance and high-quality standards

Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively

Manage material procurement and delivery logistics

Collaborate with project managers on schedules and budgets

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Build strong relationships with clients and field teams

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in multifamily or similar ground-up construction

Strong understanding of construction codes, safety, and best practices

Skilled in reading blueprints and technical drawings

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency in construction management software is a plus

Local market knowledge and a proactive problem-solving mindset
