Chief Engineer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance, operation, and efficiency of all building systems within our commercial facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as extensive knowledge of building automation systems. The Chief Engineer will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the building's infrastructure is operating at peak performance.

Responsibilities :

• Leadership and Team Management :

Supervise and lead a team of engineers and maintenance staff.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Manage and optimize the Building Automation System for efficient building operation.

Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and equipment for building systems.

Develop and implement emergency response plans for building systems.

Develop and manage the annual budget for building maintenance and operations.
