A company is looking for an Account Executive to manage and grow their customer base in cloud communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Grow and manage an assigned book of business, focusing on retention and expansion
Develop and execute strategies to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Proactively prospect and acquire new customers through targeted outreach and campaigns
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Channel Sales, inside sales, or account management
Proven track record in sales and executive relationship building
Strong understanding of solution and value-based selling
Experience with UCaaS or similar services is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
