Intensive In-Home Family Therapist

POSITION SUMMARY :

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Therapist to join our IHBT - Functional Family Therapy (FFT) team. In this role, you will receive specialized training in evidence-based practices, providing collaborative, integrated in-home treatment for families with children or adolescents at risk of out-of-home placement or returning from such placements.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• A Master's Degree and valid Ohio License in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Counseling (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, IMFT) required.
• Previous experience with systemic family therapy and / or evidence-based models is a plus. Flexible work hours, including some evenings and weekends, are expected.
• Candidates should be knowledgeable about the complex needs of clients with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and demonstrate competency in Family Therapy, Individual Therapy, Case Management, and a Multidisciplinary Team Approach to treatment.

BENEFITS AND SALARY :
