What Youll Do in This Role
As Manager, Emotional Engagement, you will lead initiatives that inspire and reinvest in our industry, strengthening both brand equity and community connection. This role is designed to ignite passion, foster meaningful relationships, and elevate the Atticus brand through strategic, values-driven engagement. Youll be responsible for the full lifecycle of each initiativefrom concept development and stakeholder alignment to execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Success in this role requires exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure each initiative reflects our commitment to the industry and the communities we serve. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director, Communications.
