North County Pre School-Teacher Assistant

Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 50am-4 : 25pm Pay- $15.00 Duties and Responsibilities  1. Assist teacher in planning and working with preschool children and follow her lead / approach with children. 2. Maintain confidentiality concerning children and families. 3.Use a positive approach in dealing with all behavior. 4. Utilize observational skills in learning about each child. 5. Be punctual and regular in attendance, spending sufficient time to perform assigned duties thoroughly. 6.Demonstrate professional standards of appearance, ethics, and behavior, which serve as a positive model for children and parents. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum sixty (60) hours of college credit, with at least one course related to early childhood education.
