Description
Percheron is seeking a proactive and strategic AI Implementation Manager to lead the identification and execution of AI opportunities across our professional services organization. This role is designed to bridge the gap between operational inefficiencies and AI-driven solutions, ensuring that both internal teams and external consultants are aligned and accountable for deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes and emerging AI technologies, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical applications. This position requires hands on experience with no-code / low-code platforms and a collaborative mindset to drive adoption and measure impact.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a company wide AI adoption roadmap.
- Prioritize use cases based on business impact and feasibility.
- Build and configure AI agents using platforms like OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Zapier, Power Automate, etc.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate AI into existing workflows.
- Coordinate with external AI consultants and technology vendors.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms.
- Lead training sessions and create documentation to support adoption.
- Drive cultural change and user engagement around AI.
- Define success metrics and monitor AI tool performance.
- Continuously refine solutions based on feedback and analytics.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; equivalent experience in lieu of degree.5 or more years in process improvement, digital transformation, or enterprise technology.Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Copilot, Zapier).Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Preferred experience in professional services or consulting environments.Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI standards.Background in vendor management and enterprise-scale deployments.Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively as a team player.Strong attention to detail, with effective planning, organization, and time management skills.Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities as needed.Ability to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule agreed upon with the manager (may require an adjusted work schedule based on the project assigned and overtime as warranted).Ability to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.Work Environment and Physical Demands
