Seeking a skilled and hands-on Technical Associate to join the team in Middleton / Madison West!

Our products are manufactured in Europe – this is our US Headquarters. Conveniently located on Madison’s west side near Middleton with a small team. Our products are used in a variety of industries ranging from : food production to manufacturing, research & development to crafts.

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for installing, servicing, and refurbishing products, while providing outstanding technical support to our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support to customers on machine operation and applications (phone and email).
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine installation and setup issues.
• Advise customers on spare parts, maintenance, and best practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and testing at HQ or customer sites.
• Install machinery at customer premises and deliver operator training.
• Coordinate and schedule installations and service visits.
• Produce clear, detailed installation and service reports.
• Maintain demonstration equipment at HQ (Middleton, WI).
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
