We are seeking a Director of Commercial Excellence to build and scale the systems, processes, and tools that will empower our sales and commercial teams. This is a rare opportunity to join a medical device company at its first commercialization phase and shape the foundation of our go-to-market execution.

What Youll Do :

• Design, implement, and optimize Commercial Excellence systems, processes, and reporting tools to support sales effectiveness.
• Own CRM (Salesforce) design, integrity, training, and adoption across the commercial organization.
• Develop and manage sales operations functions including forecasting, territory alignment, incentive compensation, and performance analytics.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Market Access to drive accurate revenue forecasting, budgeting, and business insights.
• Create and deliver dashboards, business intelligence tools, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
• Lead customer service and sales support activities, ensuring operational excellence from manufacturing through distribution.
• Collaborate with IT to drive Lumicells enterprise data strategy and support long-term scalability.
