We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Instructional Designer / Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective learning and training programs that support employee growth and development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and the ability to assess organizational training needs while delivering engaging and impactful training solutions. The individual must effectively manage tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and a high volume of information flow while maintaining professionalism. Additionally, handling sensitive and confidential information is part of the job. Standard office equipment such as laptops and smartphones are regularly utilized, and noise levels typically range from low to moderate.
