Pharmacist Lead - Outpatient

You are the expert patients rely on to understand their medications and how to use them safely and effectively - and the go-to person your team relies on to help coordinate day-to-day operations. In short, you play a critical role in improving lives, both for patients and your fellow pharmacy staff.

This is an outpatient position.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy staff at a designated site and / or department.

Perform regular staff pharmacist duties.

Oversee workflow coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and timely medication distribution.

Act as a point person for problem-solving and issue resolution within the department.

Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational continuity.

May be designated as the Pharmacist in charge.

Qualifications : Education :

• Graduate of accredited School of Pharmacy.

Licensure :
