In this role, youll provide guidance with daily living skills, ensure a respectful environment, and encourage each resident to reach their full potential. Youll also work closely with a team that shares your commitment to recovery and empowerment.

Kauhale Housing Specialist Responsibilities :

• Mentoring & Support : Serve as a positive role model, assist residents with life skills, reinforce residential rules, and check in daily to support housing goals.
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : Teach skills such as cooking, personal care, and effective communication.
• Safety & Crisis Response : Maintain a safe environment, respond to emergencies, and complete incident reports per policy.
• Program Activities : Plan and lead recreational, educational, and vocational outings aligned with residents interests.
• Household Operations : Help with chores, shopping, and maintenance coordination; report and address facility issues promptly.
• Recovery-Focused Care : Empower residents through behavioral health recovery models, fostering self-direction and growth.
• Service Planning & Documentation : Support progress on service plan goals and maintain timely, accurate records.
• Resident Supervision : Monitor residents well-being, medication self-administration, and daily routines.
• Clinical Supervision : Participate in regular supervision and training to ensure high-quality, culturally competent services.
• Other Duties : Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Compensation details : 18-19 Hourly Wage
