Boeing's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Amenities to lead Food Services, Shuttles & Parking in the East Region. This position will be located at our North Charleston, SC site. The Senior Manager operates at the strategic intersection of facility operations, hospitality, and employee experience, with a strong emphasis on financial stewardship and leadership. This role is responsible for leading a team dedicated to delivering high-quality services and programs across the East Region, including enterprise food services, employee parking, and shuttle programs. The selected candidate will be accountable for fostering a positive and engaging workplace by effectively managing GREF amenities, cultivating vendor partnerships, and promoting team development, all while ensuring cost efficiency and service excellence.

Position Responsibilities :

• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, performance management, and professional growth opportunities
• Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and teamwork
• Oversee East Region food services including cafs, catering for business meetings, leadership sessions, and operational events
• Manage employee parking programs, including parking passes
• Manage onsite shuttle services for employee parking
• Partner with Indirect Supplier Chain (ISC), manage vendor contracts to ensure best-in-class service delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and workplace regulations
• Establish and monitor quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards for amenities services
• Continuously evaluate and improve business procedures, employee experience, and customer satisfaction through innovation, technology, and quality improvements
• Collaborate on strategic planning and campus renovations related to cafes, shuttles, and parking
• Manage annual operating budgets, monitor expenses, forecast needs, and provide regular financial reporting
• Gather and analyze employee feedback to enhance the quality of events and programs
• Lead sustainability initiatives and stay current with trends in the food service and amenities industry
• Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders to align amenities services with organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with export control and other regulatory requirements
• Able to travel 30% domestically

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range : $136,850 - $185,150
