Job description

Designer (Full-Time) – Endless Health

Location : Austin – Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

We’re hiring a full-time UI / UX / Product Designer to join our team at Endless Health.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive, elegant UI / UX for mobile and web apps
Create data visualizations that simplify complex health data
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and co-design sessions with users, health coaches, and doctors
Rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback
Apply human-centered design throughout the product lifecycle

Qualifications

3+ years of professional design experience

Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with engineers

Excellent project management and self-direction

Experience with behavior change, forming healthy habits

Passion in the health space

Smart and effective use of AI design tools

Visual Design : Strong skills in illustration, iconography, and data visualization. You can move beyond conventional style and bring fresh visual ideas.

Communication : You speak users’ language and engineers’ language. You’re relentless in recruiting users, testing ideas, gathering feedback, and iterating.

Initiative + Innovation : You take ownership. You bring new ideas. You don’t wait to be told what to do—you drive.

Salary Range : $60,000–$85,000, with equity, healthcare benefits, performance bonuses, and retirement matching.
