HVAC Maintenance Worker – Education Facility

Location : Needham, MA

Type : On-site

A leading educational institution is seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Worker to join their facilities team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on HVAC experience and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair. Key Responsibilities :

• Operate, maintain, repair, and install HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Inspect, test, and calibrate pneumatic control systems and related equipment.
• Clean and maintain grills, ducts, shaftways, and filters in A / C and heating units.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document service records.
• Respond to emergency repair situations promptly.
• Maintain inventory and tools required for HVAC operations.
• Collaborate with other trades and demonstrate knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration codes.
• Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude toward clients and coworkers.
