Key Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Trane, York, and Thermax Absorption Chillers to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, including logging machine data, pulling samples, and adding chemicals as needed to maintain system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cooling water, steam, purge pumps, and chemical imbalances.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues such as pump removals, bearing and seal replacements, and impeller condition checks.
• Perform startup and shutdown procedures for Absorption Chillers and retrofit factory chiller controls as needed.
• Maintain detailed service records, providing customers with accurate reports on repairs, maintenance activities, and system performance.
• Ensure the proper management of lithium bromide concentration levels to maintain system efficiency and prevent crystallization.
• Work independently to minimize downtime and optimize the operation of cooling systems in the oil and gas refinery sector.
• Comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards in every aspect of your work.
