This position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling of 20-60 coworkers, food safety, ordering, inventory control, P&Ls, cleaning, and stocking. Requirements include great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns, enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment, problem-solving skills, and prior management/leadership experience. The schedule is typically 45 hours during a 5-day work-week with time and a half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
