Major Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, directing site staff and subcontractors. Serve as the go-to person for clients.
- Create, manage, and update the construction project schedule based on project requirements.
- Create, manage, update, and control the project budget to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations for all onsite and offsite construction.
- Fulfill contractual conditions of performance and ensure quality construction standards and proper construction techniques.
- Analyze daily status reviews of work progress with internal and external job reporting.

Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field and 3–5 years of commercial construction project management experience.Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods, building products, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards is a plus.Computer proficiency and familiarity with construction management software. MS Projects, MS Office, PROCORE are required.Strong communication, leadership, crisis management, conflict resolution, and human resources management skills.Must be able to read blueprints.Must be a US citizen to be badged at our client's location.Language skills : Must be able to read, understand and communicate in English (verbal and written). Must communicate effectively with customers, peers, supervisors, and client representatives.
Mathematical skills : Ability to perform mathematical operations using calculators or spreadsheets.
Reasoning ability : Must have above-average common sense and the ability to make logical decisions.
