Major Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, directing site staff and subcontractors. Serve as the go-to person for clients.
• Create, manage, and update the construction project schedule based on project requirements.
• Create, manage, update, and control the project budget to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations for all onsite and offsite construction.
• Fulfill contractual conditions of performance and ensure quality construction standards and proper construction techniques.
• Analyze daily status reviews of work progress with internal and external job reporting.

Qualifications Required

Language skills : Must be able to read, understand and communicate in English (verbal and written). Must communicate effectively with customers, peers, supervisors, and client representatives.

Mathematical skills : Ability to perform mathematical operations using calculators or spreadsheets.

Reasoning ability : Must have above-average common sense and the ability to make logical decisions.
