About the role
Stelic is seeking a Project Scheduler to support a major wastewater treatment plant project in Georgia. This onsite role provides schedule development, progress integration, and reporting across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process systems work. You will ensure schedule accuracy, field alignment, and clear critical path visibility as the project advances through construction, equipment installation, startup, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze Primavera P6 schedules for a wastewater treatment plant project.
- Build detailed WBS, activity coding, calendars, and logic ties that reflect real construction and process sequencing.
- Coordinate weekly updates with project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and commissioning teams.
- Validate progress, percent complete, and remaining durations through consistent site presence.
- Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports with insights, risks, and recommended actions.
- Support schedule risk reviews, constraint analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Maintain baseline accuracy and track variances using structured change management processes.
- Integrate procurement updates, long-lead equipment fabrication, and delivery timelines.
- Align construction activities with process start-up, mechanical completion, and system handover requirements.
- Maintain detailed, audit-ready documentation and schedule narratives.
Requirements
5+ years of scheduling experience on large civil infrastructure, water, wastewater, or industrial projects.Proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong understanding of construction logic.Experience coordinating with field teams to validate activity sequencing and constraints.Knowledge of wastewater treatment plant processes, major equipment, and commissioning paths preferred.Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex schedule information for leadership and field teams.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.Work Environment
