Systems Analyst
Location : Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)

What You'll Do
- Provide research and analytical services for defects, enhancements, and systems as they emerge, as directed by the Department
- Meet with the Department’s Program offices to collect user requirements, facilitate the development of Requirements documentation for defects, and enhancements to the HMS
system as directed by the Department.
Facilitate development of the HMS System requirements by using object-oriented methodology and design using the Unified Modeling Language and / or Flow Charts as directed by the Department.Develop test cases and scripts to test the application and provide support, software testing, and quality assurance to ensure that the application meets user requirements, as directed by the Department Identify opportunities for process improvements that would reduce effortProvide work estimates, communication, and updates for Release Planning, Sprint Planning, and Daily Scrum, daily in the time indicated on the work tickets assigned by the Department, to implement system feature enhancements or additions and bug fixesWhat You'll Need

5 years demonstrated experience with implementing Health Care Systems5 years demonstrated experience with the Department’s clinic management or electronic health record software5 years demonstrated experience writing and developing user and system requirements3 year demonstrated experience with Agile software development, project management, and testing5 years demonstrated experience in analysis, testing and flowcharting, and unified modeling5 years demonstrated experience using SQL5 years demonstrated experience with formal software testing5 years demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting1 year demonstrated experience with systems analyst project lead1 year demonstrated experience with developing and mentoring analystsPhysical Demands
