Club Attendant
The Club Attendant will drive member satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service through performing a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the facility in a healthy, clean and orderly standard. The duties include cleaning and dusting walls, mirrors, countertops, glass, and windows; sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors of all areas of club, including locker rooms, weight area, cardio, office space, hallways, stairs, etc.; cleaning and dusting all weight and cardio equipment; restocking supplies; emptying clubs' garbage and recycling containers; completing daily and weekly scope of work as assigned; performing special cleaning projects as assigned; cleaning and maintaining wet areas of the club; performing minor cosmetic repair on equipment; partnering with Facility Technician to perform cleaning duties; performing minor painting as approved; using all janitorial supplies in accordance with product labels and club manuals; and reporting all newly identified facility maintenance issues via Service Channel.
The club attendant will regularly interact with club management, team members, and members. Required qualifications include knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures, understanding and following written instructions, effective communication skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships. Minimum education level is a high school diploma or GED, and minimum work experience is six months of janitorial experience. The job requires standing, walking, using hands and arms, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds, telephone usage, and exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise. Travel from club to club may be required.

Compensation summary : free club membership, employee assistance program, basic group life and accident insurance, and 401k savings and investment plan. Medical / dental / vision benefits, paid time off, and sickness benefits are available for those working an average of 30 hours or more per week. Pay range : $18.03 - $18.03.
