Job descriptionWe have an excellent Weekend Program and have shifts available on all 3 shifts. You are paid at a premium rate when working in the Weekend Program. Full Time position on the 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm & 11 : 00 pm – 7 : 00 am shift. (Salary negotiable) Part Time position on the 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm & 11 : 00 pm – 7 : 00 am shift. (Salary negotiable) Flexible days available to best meet your needs. Friendly, supportive co-workers in a great work environment Opportunities to grow professionally. Assists the nursing team in providing resident care when professional nursing skills / judgment is needed. Demonstrate effective communication skills and positive service excellence behaviors when dealing with all customers. Responsible for interacting directly with residents’ families to answer their questions and ease their concerns. Ensures and / or assists with transcribing all doctor orders timely and accurately. Oversees and / or assists with administering IVs and other medications. Assists with or complete admissions / discharging of the residents. Ensure safety of residents, customers and facility through awareness of and conscientious application of policies and procedures and emergency responses. Promotes regulatory compliance through demonstrating working knowledge of long term care regulations and participating in efforts towards consistent survey readiness and assisting with completing plan of correction. Must be an active RN; preferably in the state of Pennsylvania Previous RN SUPERVISOR experience preferred; but not required Ability to build rapport with our residents Compassionate and caring demeanor
