We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Grading Division Manager to lead and coordinate the companies grading operations. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in earthwork, site preparation, and equipment logistics who thrives in a fast-paced field environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare job sites prior to mobilization, including coordination of drilling, excavation, shoring, and other pre-construction activities. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of grading operations. Oversee field project organization, ensuring crews, equipment, and materials are aligned with project timelines. Leverage project blueprints and a deep understanding of site requirements to oversee all preparation of elevations, machinery needs, operational instructions, and associated logistics. Qualifications Familiarity with excavation shoring and pre-drilling coordination Strong understanding of heavy machinery and its applications in grading and excavation Excellent organizational and logistical planning skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required Employment Type : Full Time Years Experience : 5 - 10 years Salary : $110,000 - $140,000 Annual Bonus / Commission : Yes
