Student Affairs Coordinator - Campus Support Center
The Student Affairs Coordinator provides vital administrative support to the Student Affairs leadership team under the direction of the Vice President of Student Affairs and day-to-day oversight from the Sr. Director of Student Affairs. This position ensures timely and accurate execution of recurring responsibilities such as tracking campus reports, supporting departmental initiatives, and facilitating communications. The coordinator handles sensitive data with discretion and engages regularly with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, requiring professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Provide first-line troubleshooting and assistance to campuses, escalating issues when necessaryProvide weekly Skip Tracing requestsPrepare and distribute the weekly "All Things Tuesday" newsletter and support the VP with monthly departmental scorecard updatesCompile and prepare monthly outcomes reports for Student Affairs meetings, including recognitions, certificates, and meeting notesGenerate and distribute weekly GE templates for campus activity trackingMonitor and summarize monthly campus activity, including Pathway to Placement reportingAssist with Student Satisfaction Survey coordination and National Advisory Board communicationsManage and execute monthly recognition efforts for attrition, birthdays, and anniversariesSupport the development of student success contests and creative outreach communicationsAssist in the review of the monthly general ledger for the departmentCoordinate with internal stakeholders to support various departmental projectsOther duties as assignedQualifications
Education & Experience
Associate degree (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred)Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Student Affairs or Student Services environment (required)Skills
Experience with creative / marketing ideas geared towards student successProven ability to handle confidential information, provide excellent communication and display a customer-focused attitudeMust maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteStandard Abilities

Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.This position is designated as Hybrid (combination of on campus and remote); Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation. Work environments may include exposure to student learning environments with a variety of conditions. Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures.No travel required
