A healthcare network in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and / or Physician Assistant (PA) for a great School-based position with their team in the Bronx.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and implement the practice of the school-based health program
- Provide comprehensive healthcare and referral services to students and supports parents / guardians in caring for their children
