Our client, advanced manufacturing and technology company, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Tooling & Prototype Department supporting production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, proactive attitude, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title :   CNC Machinist

Location : Peachtree Corners, GA

Pay Range : $22.67 per hour

Schedule : Workdays and hours will be confirmed during the interview.

What’s the Job?

  • Fabricate precision tools, jigs, molds, and prototype components based on blueprints or CAD designs.
  • Operate and program CNC machines, including 3- and 5-axis systems.
  • Inspect and verify dimensions of finished parts to ensure accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain tools, dies, and fixtures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to solve production or design issues.

What’s Needed?

  • 2-year vocational or technical training preferred, plus at least 5 years of practical experience in toolmaking or machining.
  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience (3- and 5-axis, using CAM or G-Code).
  • Experience operating machines such as Hurco CNC, Mitsubishi Wire EDM, and Amada presses.
  • Proficiency with CAD / CAM software (SolidWorks or Mastercam preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
