Role Objective :
The primary function is to assist in managing all aspects of trip operations, from contract preparation to the completion of a flight.
Essential Job Tasks :
- Managing multiple flights at once with accuracy.
- Preparing documents for contract approvals for both the clients and operators.
- Communicating with customers to receive passenger info, catering requests, and ground transportation.
- Working with each aircraft operator to ensure all flights are handled with proper services.
- Creating and maintaining itineraries for each flight with all pertinent information.
- Multi-tasking effectively, prioritizing appropriately, and providing timely communication of project(s) status.
- Providing exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, to our customers, vendors, and other team members.
- Completing tasks and projects with a sense of urgency, working independently to solve problem.
- Compiling documents into well-organized Dropbox folders to maximize efficiency.
- Interacting with customers and vendors at corporate company events.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

Work is generally performed within an office environment at the company office in Ocoee, Florida with standard office equipment available, as well as at outside at customer events.Work will also need to be performed from a remote location, as the demands of this role require work after standard office hours.Requirements : Physical Demands :
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.Constantly operate a telephone requiring oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication.The person in this position frequently communicates with customers and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and / or 10 pounds frequently.Ability to move from department and buildings to interact with others.Travel :
