Responsibilities include managing all aspects of adult critical care respiratory needs, delivering pediatric and infant respiratory support when required, and floating among facilities within the designated region to provide prehensive respiratory therapy services. The role requires proficiency with advanced respiratory equipment such as Servo I and Trilogy ventilators, BIPAP devices, and ABL blood gas analyzers, alongside fluency in EMR documentation using EPIC.

Key Qualifications and Experience :

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in respiratory therapy, with a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) licensure
• Current NC licensure along with certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Expertise in adult critical care respiratory therapy, with pediatrics and infant care considered a plus
• Adaptability to float to multiple facilities within Region 3 including Cleveland, Kings Mountain, Lincoln, and central division hospitals
