Who we're looking for

Toyota's Corporate Security & Emergency Management (CSEM) Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Analyst – Corporate Security & Emergency Management Operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide operational support and coordination for physical security and emergency management programs across multiple regional sites. Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Security & Emergency Management Operations, the person in this role will support the Corporate Security & Emergency Management department's objective to safeguard people, property, and brand by ensuring consistent execution of security and emergency management standards and effective vendor and site-level coordination.

What you'll be doing

• Provide daily operational guidance to key onsite security and fire system services vendors at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama – TMMAL. As needed, provide operational guidance to key onsite security and fire system services vendors at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Tennessee – TMMTN and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Missouri – TMMMO.
• Support and coordinate with strategic CSEM team members on incident investigation requests, severe weather response, site vulnerability assessments, and other emergency management activities.
• Coordinate and implement emergency preparedness training programs, ensuring content is consistent, current, and tailored to risk profiles by site.
• Enhance emergency communications and decision-making frameworks, supporting coordinated and timely response during critical events.
• Manage physical security systems and provide local project management support for assigned projects throughout the region's portfolio, including new construction, expansion projects, and maintenance.
• Execute special projects to support local and remote sites in conjunction with other CSEM members.
• Implement and maintain regional security and emergency management standards provided by management.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with multiple levels of management throughout the region.
• Assess operational issues and engage other groups outside CSEM when necessary to resolve problems.
• Build and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and supporting agencies for assigned sites.
• Be on-call to address urgent security and emergency management issues for responsible sites.
