Our client is seeking a dedicated Payment Specialist to join their team. As a Payment Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting the financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.
Job Title : Payment Specialist
Location : Terre Haute, IN
Pay Range : $17
Shift : 8am-4 : 30pm
What's the Job?
- Process payments efficiently and accurately
- Balance cash drawers and execute cash transfers as needed
- Provide financial guidance and support
- Reconcile monetary activity, including web payment transactions for various units
- Complete processing of departmental deposits promptly and record deposits in electronic logs
