This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing nurse case management services for fertility treatments.

We are seeking a Full Time (30-hour week) Advanced Practice Provider to join our clinical team in the Davenport office. The schedule is working Monday – Friday 7 : 00-1 : 00pm with rotating weekends and holidays. This position will occasionally float to our Orlando, FL office.

How You'll Contribute :

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for :

• Educate patients and couples about the causes of infertility and discuss necessary evaluation, treatment, and / or procedure plans.
• Perform pre-procedure and post-procedure assessment and teaching.
• Consult with patients regarding treatment protocols, medications, and / or required testing or procedures.
• Assist as needed in surgical cases and transfers.
• Make necessary measurements & calculations while performing ultrasound procedures.
