a warm, organized, quick-thinking front-of-house lead who keeps the flow clean, the schedule humming, and the vibes high.

✨ What You’ll Do (aka: The Flow You’ll Hold)

• Be the first touchpoint of the SUVARNA experience

Greet patients with presence, warmth, and that “don’t worry, I’ve got you” energy.

• Master the schedule like it’s choreography

Manage appointments across two providers, peak hours, and a busy Tuesday–Saturday flow.

• Keep the nervous system of the practice regulated

Handle check-ins, check-outs, reschedules, missed visits, and all the invisible threads that create a seamless clinic rhythm.

• Insurance Verification & Patient Setup

Run benefits for chiropractic, acupuncture, massage/manual therapy, DME, co-pay visits — always with correct SUVARNA coding and profile setup (your future self will thank you).

• Cash + Insurance Financial Flow

Take payments, manage package credits in Square, track memberships, and help patients understand their care plans.

• Communication Anchor

Text, call, and email patients with clarity and kindness. Keep the energy light, the boundaries firm, and the follow-up impeccable.

• Assist With Clinical Flow

Prep rooms, support providers between patients, keep supplies stocked, keep the space clean, calm, and aligned.

• Run Important Daily Reports

End-of-day reconciliation, insurance flags, charge flags, schedule audits, missed-visit follow-ups, outstanding balances — the backbone stuff that keeps the practice thriving.

• Systems + Structure

Follow and uphold SUVARNA’s workflows, SOPs, and energetic standards. Bring structure where needed. Spot inefficiencies and help us evolve.

• Doesn’t crumble when life gets busy — you regulate the room

Bonus points if you’ve worked in a chiropractic, medical, spa, or wellness setting.

Extra bonus points if you understand insurance vocab (copays, deductibles, allowable amounts, the whole alphabet soup).
