What You Will Do In This Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will :

• Provide inbound customer support.
• Help customers resolve technical issues.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers' problems.
• Solve problems on a case-by-case basis by asking probing questions and evaluating the details given by the customer.
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

The base salary range for this position is $15-$16 per hour, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
