10-4 Logistics USA is seeking an experienced CDL-A flatbed driver for regional routes with consistent weekly home time. The role involves hauling steel, pipe, and other flatbed freight and requires proficiency with tarping, chains, binders, and load securement.
Pay : 27% of load (average annual earnings estimated $76,440–$87,360)

Minimum requirementsMinimum age : 22
Experience : Minimum one year OTR experience across at least three states plus six months flatbed experience within the last five yearsProven experience with steel and pipe loads; competency with straps, tarps, chains, and binders requiredNo training-only applicants; flatbed and OTR experience requiredMaximum three moving violations in the last three years; maximum one major violation in the last three yearsNo more than one DOT-preventable accident in the past yearNo pending legal cases; recent DUIs generally disqualify (older than five years may be considered)Must meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and pass a urine drug screenBenefitsVacation : one week after one year, two weeks after three years
