Job Summary :

The Lead Elementary School Counselor provides leadership, mentoring, and support to elementary counselors across the district. This position coordinates initiatives connected to the Stronger Connections Grant Program, focusing on improving student well-being, attendance, and academic resilience. The Lead Counselor collaborates with the School Behavioral Team to implement comprehensive school counseling programs aligned with ASCA National Model standards.
