About The Position

  • hours : Mon., Tues., Thurs. 9 AM-7 PM | Wed. and Fri. 9 AM-5 PM | Sat. 9 AM-3 PM.

    JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • The ideal candidate will integrate with both the staff and community, immersing themselves amongst our diverse patient population.
  • They must have the ability to work independently and autonomously without additional supervision or oversight.
  • Responsibilities include medication management for an established patient panel, infirmed with chronic illness
  • Some joint injections may be required, however, they are minimal. Nerve root ablations, facet joint injections, etc. are not the need for the patient panel here.
  • EMR : eCW

    • Qualifications :

  • Experienced in pain management procedures
  • Lives / ability to comfortably commute to our health center location
  • NY state-licensed
