We have an opportunity for an Account / Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in day-to-day activities such as client communication, order management, and resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist Account Managers with day-to-day client communication and inquiries.
• Manage product orders and shipments, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requests and resolve issues.
• Assist in responding to and tracking leads in CRM system.
• Update and maintain CRM and customers' Vendor management portals.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Support sales initiatives and attend industry trade shows.
• Keep track of client deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
