Warehouse Operator

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for completing delegated tasks and handling finished goods with dedication and proficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on position that includes proper receipt of materials, handling of inventory, proper storage, and shipment of products to end customers while adhering to compliance with all legal and safety procedures. This position works closely with the Warehouse Team Leader to improve packaging and shipment specifications. The Warehouse Operator is expected to perform other duties and activities as directed.

Responsibilities :

• Complete delegated tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Handle finished goods with care to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Receive materials and ensure they are properly stored.
• Handle inventory efficiently and accurately.
• Ship products to end customers while adhering to compliance with all legal and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Team Leader to improve packaging and shipment specifications.
• Perform other duties and activities as directed.

Work Environment :

The work environment includes 270 internal employees spread over three buildings. Employees work as part of a team running a line, which is managed as an individual entity. The company is growing significantly, adding a new line to support growth, and offers opportunities to increase responsibilities on the line. Warehouse Laborer II positions are available on two shifts : 4 : 30 pm - 1 : 00 am and 2 : 30 pm - 11 : 00 pm.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
