Job descriptionED Volume : 35,000 ED Beds : 35 beds ED Admission Rate : 17% EMR : Meditech expanse 24 / 7 coverage includes Hospitalists (adult, pediatric), Ultrasound, ICU, OB-GYN 24-hour radiology reads (in-house until 5 p.m. / VRAD overnight); 24-hour ultrasound availability MRI easily obtained before 9 p.m. / on-call overnight 24-hour tele-neurology consultation for stroke and routine consults; 24-hour emergency psych social worker-no calls for psychiatry admissions Inpatient adult / adolescent psychiatry Robust case management coverage until 10 p.m. 24-hour hospitalist / pediatric hospitalist coverage 140 beds, the single Hospital System in Calvert County, MD Recognized in May 2024 as "One of 100 Great Community Hospitals" by Beckers Hospital Review Helipad available Other USACS services at this location : Critical Care $4,000 tax-free CME / BEA annually $6,500 plus your state and DEA license in year one for new graduates Groundbreaking 100% Paid Parental Leave Pioneering Paid Military Leave Student loan refinancing as low as 2.99% Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and Rx coverage Short- and long-term disability (own occupation) Unmatched medical malpractice including tail and free litigation support USACS malpractice claims are less than 1 / 2 the national average!
