We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Credit Analyst to join our premier Retail Client on a new target account strategy team. The Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing data from top target accounts. As a key contributor to our client’s operations, the successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Microsoft Excel, strong communication skills, and analytical mindset to provide valuable insights that will drive decision-making processes. This role requires someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to process improvement.

Responsibilities:

·Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders from target accounts.

·Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and preferences.

·Proactively identify areas of improvement based on client feedback and data analysis.

·Interact with top target accounts to gather relevant data and insights.

·Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, clean, and analyze large datasets.

·Implement advanced Excel functions, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups, to extract meaningful information.

·Identify trends and patterns to determine what target accounts value most from their partnership with our company, and formulate decisions based on the analysis of target account data.

·Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline data collection and analysis procedures.

·Identify opportunities for automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and enhance overall workflow.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Analytics, etc.).

·0-2 years of professional experience in a data analysis or related role.

·Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Ability to interact confidently with top target accounts and internal stakeholders.

·Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

·Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

·Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to achieving results.

·Proven experience in process improvement initiatives is a plus.
