We have an immediate opening for a full-time Senior Analyst working remote M-F 8am-5pm.
The Analyst supports the FP&A team with all tasks, large and small. You will assist with reporting and financial analysis by working collaboratively with a range of cross-functional partners to enable strategic decision-making. They also assist various stakeholders by combining business knowledge and acumen with data analytic skills to investigate trends, anomalies, generate ad-hoc reports, and provide recommendations. The FP&A department works on various projects across the company's multiple business lines. You possess an analytical mind, an ability to communicate complex ideas, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on a dynamic, high-growth company.
How You'll Contribute :
- Publish monthly financial results, utilizing Workday Adaptive Planning to automate standardized reporting in accordance with company procedures
- Create materials for monthly internal and external reporting purposes; drives analysis in support of that reporting
- Support annual budget process for all revenue and expense items across US Fertility's various reproductive health clinics and ancillary business lines
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of periodic forecasts and budget templates
- Analyze and evaluate various types of data related to revenue, marketing, and operations to generate reports, ROI analyses, and detailed financial models
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Work cross-functionally within USF to drive value and insights into all aspects of business performance.
- Extracts, analyzes, and evaluates data primarily using Power BI, Adaptive Planning, MS Excel, and other tools
What You'll Bring :
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysisStrong understanding of financial statements, and corporate finance principlesHealthcare backgroundExperience working in a fast-growing private equity backed portfolio companyAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelingExperience with ERP systems and financial planning tools (preferably Sage Intacct and Workday Adaptive Planning)Computer proficiency required.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement, customer service, and team building.Strong customer service and results orientation; highly responsive to requests.Excellent verbal & written communication skills.Proven ability to build and maintain highly effective teams.Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.Excellent managerial, interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.Flexibility and willingness to learn at all timesMore important than the best skills, however, is the right person.
