Position Overview

We are seeking an Employment Attorney to join our Gardena office. The ideal candidate will have experience handling employment-related matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. The position requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining professionalism and client care.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of employment cases from intake through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate directly with clients.
• Collaborate with other departments, including immigration and PI teams, as needed.

Qualifications

Active California Bar License (required).

2–5 years of experience in employment law or related civil litigation.

Strong writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Excellent client communication and case management abilities.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required.
