About the Opportunity

Jerry.ai is seeking a Head of Marketplace Automation & Growth to scale our core insurance business. We achieved profitability in early 2024 and aim to grow from 5M to 50M customers, becoming a $10B company. In this high-visibility role you will report directly to our VP of Insurance Operations and own the systems, strategy, and execution behind Jerry's quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance. Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics, you will create a seamless user experience and ensure ongoing carrier success to drive critical outcomes for our insurance marketplace (loss ratio, retention, and conversion). This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategy of a category-defining fintech company at scale.

Jerry.ai is building the first super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible – insurance, buy / sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, etc – a $2T market in the U.S. We launched a loan refinancing product in 2019 and have since added driving insights, repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a GenAI-powered chatbot & voicebot. With over 5M customers, $240M in funding, 60X revenue growth, and a team of 225 across six countries, we are on a fast-paced growth trajectory.

The successful candidate's starting pay will be within the pay range listed on this posting and will be determined based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, location, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, compensation may include equity grants.
