• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process, presenting tailored solutions based on their needs.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collection activities, while upholding compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and collaborate with other departments through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.

• Educate customers about optional insurance products, ensuring they fully understand their loans, terms, and available options.

Preferred Qualifications :

The position is on-site, with a schedule of Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturdays.

The target base salary range is $19 to $22.50, dependent on various factors including skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, this role is eligible for an additional competitive compensation program based on individual and company performance.
