As a Shift Manager at Wendy's, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing shifts, ensuring top-quality service, and supporting team members.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure team members follow company policies and food safety standards.
- Assist in training new crew members.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee cash handling and register procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
