A company is looking for a Loan Advisor - Loan Officer for Real Estate Investors.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to real estate investors, guiding them through loan programs

Manage inbound leads and drive loan originations through consultative selling

Develop long-term relationships with borrowers to encourage repeat business

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

3+ years of successful experience as a loan officer or originator in commercial or non-owner-occupied residential lending

A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Strong understanding of real estate investing and financing

High motivation, self-discipline, and ability to thrive in a remote environment
