Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are looking to hire a Shipping and Receiving Clerk.

As Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will :

• Responsible for receiving shipments for the Resort and for the Resort's guests and preparing shipping documents.
• Responsible for pulling items to be shipped and preparing shipping documents.
• Responsible for ensuring that daily shipments are picked up or delivered to shippers.
• Responsible for receiving materials upon arrival and putting away the received materials in assigned storage locations or departments and recording receipts.
• Responsible for Lost and Found Department and proper tracking of the items while having excellent communication with Director of Housekeeping and Front Office Manager.
• Responsible to report shipments to the Director of Operations and the Director of Food and Beverage on daily basis.
• Operate a Forklift to unload and load trucks as well as transfer palettes between
• Assist in weekly / monthly inventory(FIFO) and consolidate materials throughout the Resort.
• Maintain data in computerized systems and use other technologies required such as GXP, Excel documents, word documents and
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and assist in the upkeep of the area and assist other departments in organizing / cleaning storages.
• Help make sure the hotel vehicles are clean, full of fuel, and ready to go, noting any malfunction at the first sign.
• Complete other duties as directed.
